On August 2, 2019, the program of "the 16-meter infrared hyperspectral optical satellite constellation (2) atmospheric calibration instrument product generation software" was launched at the Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (AIOFM).

The project is a data processing system for the National Twelfth Five-Year Land Observing Satellite Ground System Project for Civil Space Infrastructure.

The atmospheric calibration instrument load of 16-meter infrared hyperspectral optical 2 A/B Satellite first synchronously has obtained atmospheric parameters, and then carried out atmospheric calibration for other satellite loads.

To Complete the program, the team led by SUN Xiaobing will independently develop software for the production of 16-meter infrared hyperspectral optical satellite constellation (2) atmospheric calibrator.
