LIU Xiaoning

LIU Xiaoning, Professor of Electrical Engineering, received the B.E.in electrical engineering from Xi`an Jiaotong University in 1983 and M.E. from Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1986. At present, he is responsible for the development of 28-MW（40kA/700V） hi-power and highly stabilized power supply. This power modules achieve a long-term current stability of <10 ppm over an 8-h period.
