Dr. WANG An，male, was born in 1958, Ph.D., Professor. Dr.Wang worked in Pavia University as a postdoctoral visiting scholar from 1990~1991, worked in University of Ottawa in 2000 as a senior visiting scholar. Up to now, he had published over 70 papers, over 10 kinds of instruments were developed and commercialized. There are 32 M.Sc. and 11 Ph.D. graduated from his Lab. Research Field:

His Main interests are the optical fiber sensing technology, the biological tissue spectroscopy technology and intelligent instruments development. The current research projects include: National Key Technology Support Program, “Strategic Priority Research Program” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Special Fund for scientific Research in the Public Interest of AQSIQ, Innovation program of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and so on.
