Yesterday HFIPS affiliated primary school took a special class with the help of Hefei Modern Science and Technology Museum, a department under HFIPS and located on the science island. The teachers were astronaut from Tangong-1 space Laboratory.
Children watched livestream experiments in the space via a big screen in the classroom and shared excitement of space exploration. Some experiments were conducted later by students themselves to see difference with and without gravity.
Space teaching is a new way of face to face teaching between science and technology and students. This is the second time Chinese Astronaut sharing space knowledge with students on earth.
