Recently, a research team led by Prof. YANG Liangbao from the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science (HFIPS) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) proposed an innovative strategy for assembling small nanoparticles in a three-phase catalytic process, enabling enhanced surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensing.
Recently, a research group led by Prof. CHEN Wenge from Hefei lnstitutes of Physical Science (HFIPS), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), along with Prof. MA Yanwei’s research group from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences developed the first Tesla class iron-based superconducting coil for high field application.
Recently, a research team led by Prof. WANG Yingjian at Hefei Institutes of Physical Science (HFIPS) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), proposed an efficient method to implement Fourier ptychographic imaging technology for moving objects, which successfully achieved high-resolution imaging of moving objects at a distance.
Recently, a research group headed by Prof. LU Jiong from National University of Singapore, collaborated with researchers from High Magnetic Field Laboratory (HMFL) Hefei Institutes of Physical Science (HFIPS) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), developed a scalable hydrothermal approach, which enables the synthesis of various single-atom spin catalysts with widely tunable substitutional magnetic atoms when conducted in an operando acidic environment.
Recently, a team led by Prof. GAO Xiaoming from the Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Hefei Institutes of Physical Science (HFIPS) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), improved the measurement accuracy of atmospheric greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide, by utilizing an Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier (EDFA)-assisted Laser Heterodyne Radiometer (LHR).
