Recently, a research team led by Prof. XIONG Wei from Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences proposed a high dynamic range spatial heterodyne one-dimensional imaging spectroscopy based on a digital micromirror device (HD-SHIS) in response to the low dynamic range of spatial heterodyne imaging spectroscopy (SHIS). The related results were published in the international authoritative journal of the optics field, Optics Express.
A research group led by Prof. PENG Xuebing from Hefei Institute of Physical Science of Chinese Academy of sciences proposed a concept design of a combined cycle system for the fusion reactor based on Rankine and Brayton cycle to overcome the high outlet temperature and long run of the fusion reactor.
Recently, a research team led by Prof. JIANG Changlong from the Hefei Institute of Physical Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences has constructed a visual sensing platform based on DNA aptamer-based sensing system. This sensor can be used for rapid and quantitative detection of organophosphate insecticides, such as profenofos and isocarbophos, in the environment and food.
Recently, a research team led by Prof. HUANG Xingjiu from the Institute of Solid State Physics, Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences, constructed a highly stable solid contact calcium ion-selective electrode. They used synchrotron radiation technique to reveal that the transduction mechanism by which the solid contact layer participated in the potential response.
Recently, Professor XIE Pinhua's research group from the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science (HFIPS), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), provided direct evidence of intensive photochemical oxidation in the marine atmosphere through radical measurement.
