Although many diseases have no obvious symptoms in the early diagnosis, it’s proved that human body would defend itself through the immune system in the early stage of disease. Corresponding signals, such as sweat, urine, tears, blood, exhaled breath, are usually sent out for early warning.

The improvement of high-repetition-rate Nd:YAG laser performances is still a long-standing challenge, although many novel architectures of the laser have been developed. High concentrations of Nd3+ crystals will bring serious thermal effects, possible concentration quenching at strong pump power. However, the high conversion efficiency is difficult to obtain for crystals with low concentrations of Nd3+.
Poloidal field coil #5 (PF5), 17 metres in diameter and close to 350 tonnes, was successfully installed on Sept. 16 on the ITER construction site. According to the TAC1 mission contract with ITER, Institute of Plasma Physics(ASIPP), HFIPS should ensure PF5 coil in the right place of Tokamak pit.
